Terakki is built behind the stone walls of Alaçatı, around a well and a tree whose trunk reaches into the dining room. A warm restaurant from the heart of the Aegean: where regional flavour meets modern kitchen on the same table.
The sounds rising from the open kitchen begin the meal; signature cocktails at the open bar, a glass of rakı and grilled fish slow the evening down. MMXXVI is the year of the first Michelin Guide recommendation.
